Customer Service Specialist

The Business Connection is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and delivering ongoing product support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product training to customers.
- Navigate 3rd party web portals and learn technical processes quickly.
- Offer out-of-hours support on a rota basis (optional).
- Utilize telecoms knowledge, including network hardware and SIP trunks.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Need:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of telecoms infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
