Customer Relationship Specialist

Matcher Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities within our existing customer base and building strong relationships with our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, pension contributions, and a discretionary annual bonus scheme. If you have excellent customer service skills and experience in sales or account management, please apply.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles.
- Numerate and good mental arithmetic skills, with previous exposure to structured pricing models.
- Professional and confident communication style, with fluency in English.
- Ability to travel internationally on a monthly basis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience demonstrating responsiveness, quality of outputs, collaboration, and integrity.
- Proficiency in additional languages, experience with SAGE 50, and experience with Gob2b.
