About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Flourish Education. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with schools and candidates in the secondary education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview and register new candidates, building long-lasting relationships to ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively develop new schools, expanding our secondary division and increasing our market share.
  • Arrange and attend client visits to foster strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize your existing recruitment experience to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with schools and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 within 18-24 months.
  • A 5-day working week, with paid overtime.
  • 36 days holiday, including 3 weeks off in the summer holidays.
