We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Flourish Education. As a key member of our secondary division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our existing secondary team to drive growth and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver a consultative service to our clients, matching the best candidates to the right roles and exceeding their expectations.
- Attract and source new candidates, utilizing your expertise to identify top talent in the education sector.
- Interview and register new candidates, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction.
- Proactively develop new schools and clients, expanding our reach and further growing our secondary division.
- Arrange and attend client visits, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed key business goals, both individually and as part of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and match the best candidates to the right roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 within the first 18-24 months.
- A 4.5-day working week, with a 5-day salary.
- 36 days' holiday, including 3 weeks off during the summer holidays.
- Reduced hours during school holidays, with a flexible start and finish time.
- Friday early finish and the opportunity to work 1 day a week from home.
