We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Flourish Education. As a key member of our secondary division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our existing secondary team to drive growth and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver a consultative service to our clients, ensuring you are matching the best candidates to the right roles.
- Attract and source new candidates through various channels.
- Interview and register new candidates, building long-lasting relationships to ensure their continued success.
- Proactively develop new schools and clients, expanding our presence in the education sector.
- Arrange and attend client visits to foster strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed key business goals as an individual and as part of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
- A full UK driving license and car are essential for client visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A driven and resilient individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 within 18-24 months.
- A 4.5-day working week, with a 5-day salary.
- 36 days' holiday, including 3 weeks off in the summer holidays.
- Reduced hours during school holidays, with a flexible start and finish time.
- A Friday early finish and the opportunity to work 1 day a week from home.
