Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our existing secondary team to drive growth and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Deliver a consultative service to our clients, matching the best candidates to the right roles and exceeding their expectations.
- Attract and source new candidates, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality talent.
- Interview and register new candidates, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Proactively develop new schools and clients, expanding our reach and further developing your desk.
- Arrange and attend client visits, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Meet and exceed key business goals, both individually and as part of the team.
Requirements:
- Existing recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector or a related field.
- A full UK driving license and a reliable vehicle, as regular client visits are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for the education sector and a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment services.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 within the first 18-24 months.
- A 4.5-day working week, with a 5-day salary.
- 36 days' holiday, including 3 weeks off in the summer holidays.
