About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Flourish Education. As a key member of our secondary division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our existing secondary team to drive growth and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Deliver a consultative service to our clients, ensuring you are matching the best candidates to the right roles.
  • Attract and source new candidates, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
  • Interview and register new candidates, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively develop new schools and clients, bringing them on board to further develop your desk.
  • Arrange and attend client visits regularly, fostering great relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed key business goals as an individual and as part of the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • A full UK driving license and car, with excellent knowledge of the North Birmingham area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A driven and resilient individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £40,000 within the first 18-24 months.
  • A 4.5-day working week, with a 5-day salary.
  • 36 days holiday, including 3 weeks off in the summer holidays.
