About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Flourish Education. As a key member of our secondary division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our existing secondary team to drive growth and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Deliver a consultative service to our clients, ensuring the best candidates are matched to the right roles.
  • Attract and source new candidates, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Interview and register new candidates, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively develop new schools and clients, expanding our presence in the education sector.
  • Arrange and attend client visits to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed key business goals, both individually and as part of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the education sector.
