Education Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Flourish Education. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions to meet their recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Management: Interview and register new candidates, building long-lasting relationships to ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction and retention.
- School Development: Proactively develop new schools, bringing them on board to expand our recruitment desk and increase our market share.
- Client Visits: Arrange and attend regular client visits to foster strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment Experience: We are looking for someone with existing recruitment experience, either within education or another recruitment sector, to bring their expertise and knowledge to our team.
- Full UK Driving License: A full UK driving license and car are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to schools and educational institutions.
- Continuous Learning: We are looking for someone who is an advocate for continued learning and development, with a strong commitment to accountability and autonomy.
- Progression Opportunities: We offer clear progression opportunities for our Recruitment Consultants, with a focus on recognizing and rewarding hard work and achievement.
- Competitive Salary: A base salary of c£28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of c£40,000 within the first 18-24 months.
- Flexible Working Hours: A 5-day working week, with paid hours outside of school holidays, and the opportunity to work 1 day a week from home after the probation period.
