Key Responsibilities
- You'll run a 360 Recruitment desk within the Education market
- Your passionate approach to people and team development will ensure your team is supported and focused on delivering for your candidates and clients. This focus will help you and your team achieve all career goals.
- Delivering client diversification and specialist candidate strategies will allow you and your team to position yourself in the market as leading Education recruitment experts
- You and your team will have access to cutting-edge in-house and third-party recruitment technology, including: advanced search functionality across our database to ensure you get to candidates first, integrated video platform which enables you to communicate with your customers in unique ways, analytics software to find opportunities for your candidates first, just to name a few. We are always innovating to be the market leader.
- Help to build a fun, collaborative team that strives to deliver best-in-class service for all its customers and promotes rapid career development and opportunities in a meritocratic environment.

Requirements
- You'll have a proven track record within a customer-facing or sales role
- Passionate about being part of a supportive, high-performing environment
- Commercial, innovative and ambitious in your thinking; you'll be keen to identify market opportunities
- Knowledge of, or interest, in the Education recruitment market would be preferred
