Career Teachers, a leading education recruitment provider, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles, identifying and attracting high-quality candidates, and developing strong business relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for education-based roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed and build a thriving career in education recruitment.
Requirements:
- Strong sales drive and experience in a recruitment or sales environment.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to schools and educational institutions.
