Business Development Executive

Universal Business Team is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a field-based role to an office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the care home sector.
  • Engage with C-Suite decision-makers through outbound calls and meetings.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the company's growth targets through effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Experience in developing, growing, and retaining client relationships.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Innovative and proactive with a strategic mindset.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
