Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage diaries and inboxes for the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and productivity.
  • Organise client meetings, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Produce quotes and proposals, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Assist with hosting customer visits and follow up on meeting actions, fostering strong relationships.
  • Provide crucial support to the Business Development team, enabling them to focus on growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and tasks.
  • Excellent phone skills and a natural rapport builder, able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Persistence and tenacity in following through on tasks, ensuring completion and quality.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Team leadership qualities or experience is desirable, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
