Job Summary
Universal Business Team is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales team diaries and inboxes
- Organize client meetings and negotiate schedules
- Produce quotes and proposals, maintaining accurate records of the sales pipeline
- Assist with hosting customer visits and follow up on meeting actions
- Provide critical support to the Business Development team, enabling them to focus on growth
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone skills and natural rapport building
- Persistence and tenacity in following through on tasks
- Proficiency in Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team leadership qualities or experience is desirable
