About the Work Coordinator Role

At Liberty, we are seeking a skilled Work Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks, as well as rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks to ensure efficient workload management.
  • Reschedule jobs that fall out of programme to maintain programme works and contract requirements.
  • Manage contract requirements for a range of jobs, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle calls and schedule a range of works, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Validate each job to ensure the required information is available, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage customer and client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and business growth.
  • Ensure all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time, providing status updates on the internal system.
  • Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, maintaining levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales.
Requirements
  • Good level of education, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Previous call handling/scheduling experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to operate a computerized database system, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
