Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Havant, UK. This 12-month Fixed Term Contract position involves driving manufacturing efficiency and optimizing supply chain operations using MRP systems and production scheduling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules using MRP software.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize production workflows.
- Release work orders and ensure accurate documentation execution.
- Monitor and update past due and on-time delivery trackers.
- Optimize inventory levels, improve customer service, and reduce costs through data analysis.
- Participate in calls and escalation meetings with customers.
- Maintain accurate item master and planning data in the ERP system.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of ERP MRP systems (SAP preferred).
- Material/production scheduling experience, six-sigma skills, and knowledge.
- Production and inventory management knowledge.
- APICS CPIM Certification is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
