The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Manager, Deal Strategy & Monetisation to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in enabling our field team to price strategically, understand complex pricing structures, and improve deal desk processes and tools.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and product pricing to our field team
- Collaborating with regional sales teams to price complex deals for strategic clients, balancing between building complex spreadsheet models and training reps to structure deals on their own
- Leading pricing and deal structuring training, serving as the local subject matter expert
- Improving and maintaining internal guidelines and documentation for deal enablement
- Automating manual pricing processes to improve deal velocity, partnering with product, finance, and systems teams
- Supporting enterprise incentives analysis, including annual incentive plan reviews, quarterly commission calculations, and relevant leadership communications
- Distilling complex pricing constructs into key, actionable insights for commercial teams
We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong spreadsheet modelling skills, a demonstrated partner with sales teams and other cross-functional departments, and the ability to synthesise and communicate complex information in a simple yet effective manner.
