We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Desk Specialist to join our team and support the go-to-market organization throughout their deal cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the GTM organization, facilitating contract reviews and managing quote-to-cash processes.
  • Partner with Similarweb's global GTM organization, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to develop policies and processes that accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all commercial policies, escalating any issues to respective stakeholders as needed.
  • Review and approve commercial and administrative redlines, working closely with the Legal-DD playbook to customize non-standard contracts.
  • Maintain ongoing training and refresher sessions with the GTM teams to emphasize best practices and how-tos.
  • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, providing solutions for improvements to optimize current processes and workflows.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Deal Desk experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Strong understanding of the sales deal cycle and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of various licensing models, including term and subscription-based pricing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with organizational changes.
  • Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and under critical timelines.
  • Ability to work extended hours at end of month and end of quarter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Relevant SaaS experience.
