Job Description:

The Deals Marketing Analyst will work within the Deals & Business Consulting team, specifically supporting our corporate finance, valuations and modelling, transactions advisory services teams. The role has a large focus on deals marketing and working with stakeholders on collation and presentation of our transactions data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the league table submissions process for the deals business with daily actions and quarterly deadlines
  • Manage the deals marketing process across the service line, proactively working with stakeholders to ensure uptake across web/ecomms/social amongst other platforms
  • Use various data and information platforms and handle a continual flow of deal data
  • Prepare deal data for bids and pursuits
  • Act as a single point of deal data for the service line, including half-year and year-end statistics
  • Feed into the sector strategy where required
  • Maintain our external credentials library
  • Continually think about how to improve or optimise any processes internally
  • Provide social media support across the deals business, particularly championing deal marketing across social platforms
  • Support the development and implementation of deals data across member firms
Deals Marketing:
  • Support the service line team with the implementation of the marketing strategy and form links with other service lines, sectors and market teams
  • Provide project support to the team on initiatives and campaigns where necessary
  • Work with the digital team to provide the business with appropriate, relevant and rapid turnaround e-communications for each sector and to ensure best use of the internet in marketing initiatives
  • Where required, provide direct support with event management, including exhibition support, seminars and dinners, both virtual and in-person
  • Support the delivery of internal communications
  • Help deliver regular deal initiatives, including podcasts, service line events, sponsored programmes, content insights and awards amongst others
A Look into the Role:

As a Deals Marketing Analyst, your role will involve:

  • Being familiar with working in a corporate environment or professional services organisation
  • Supporting the business in the creation of deal marketing packs, obtaining sign-off and quotes from clients, logging all information in systems, creating digital deal credentials on our website, monitoring and following up on late submissions, and ensuring we are kept up to date on all deal marketing activity
  • Having proven experience in a similar role within B2B or professional services, working within a marketing function
  • Being comfortable working with M&A and transactional deal data, from multiple sources, Office 365, SharePoint and content management platforms
  • Being deadline-driven, process-oriented and diligent in your approach
