We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
  • Collaborate with Proposition Managers to align offerings with market needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs and providing valuable insights

About You:

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets with new partners, especially in healthcare and insurance markets
  • Experienced in enterprise or channel sales, with comfort handling deals of £100k+ ARR
  • Skilled in fostering distribution partnerships and collaborating with Proposition Managers to deliver market-aligned solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to sell consultatively, ideally to C-level stakeholders in corporate settings
