Commercial Lines Sales Professional

Bighornlaw is seeking a skilled Insurance Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our existing client base in a competitive industry.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus at-plan commission. In addition, you will receive five weeks of PTO, a 401k retirement plan with matching, group health, life, and disability insurance, and continuing education opportunities.
As a Data-Driven Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring new and renewal revenue, client retention percentage, and overall results. Key responsibilities include achieving 'on-target earnings', negotiating insurance coverage terms and conditions with management teams, and implementing various networking strategies to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a P&C and LAH license, have proficiency in IT, and have insurance agency/carrier experience. We require an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional client service experience, and adherence to Murray & MacDonald's cultural standards.
