Bighornlaw is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We're seeking a talented Commercial Lines Director to join our team and help drive growth.
This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The job description includes managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients, offering risk analysis services, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies.
We're looking for someone with exceptional client service skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. If you have insurance agency/carrier experience, that's a plus Some key responsibilities include:
- Attaining "on-target earnings" as specified in the business plan.
- Tracking new and renewal revenue, client retention rates, and overall performance.
- Managing relationships with new and renewal commercial lines clients.
- Offering risk analysis services, identifying coverage gaps, and advising clients on optimal risk reduction strategies.
