Regional Sales Director - Formwork & Falsework

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Formwork & Falsework sales team at Mitchell Maguire.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Formwork & Falsework industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.

The role involves:

  • Strategic planning and leadership of the Formwork & Falsework sales team.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Formwork or falsework technical field sales experience.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 + £12,500 bonus (average of £40,000-£50,000 + £10,000-£15,000 bonus), hybrid car, or allowance of £500 per month, and full benefits package.
