Sales Performance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at Recra Consulting.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telesales or similar roles, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and building effective customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing or potential customers to promote products and services
- Book appointments for our field service team
- Provide information about our products and company
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary
- Update customer information in our database
- Meet sales quota and identify opportunities for future growth
- Record calls and sales data for reference
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
- Able to learn about products and services
- Fluent English language skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Strong negotiation skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm.
