Primary Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Education Assistant to provide support in a secondary school setting in the Lancaster area.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students as needed
- Help to create a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lesson plans and educational activities
Requirements:
- Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or have relevant work experience
- Hold a valid DBS check and be able to register with the DBS Update Service
- Be passionate about supporting students and committed to delivering high-quality educational support
