Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Clinical Contact Centre Team as a 999 Call Handler. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in responding to emergency calls and providing high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work an alternating shift pattern, including out-of-hours, bank holidays, and weekend duties.

Main Duties

As a 999 Call Handler, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with members of the public and healthcare professionals
  • Providing accurate and timely information to callers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
