We are recruiting for an Oncology Pharmaceutical Care Manager to join our Pharmacy Team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients with cancer and blood disorders, working closely with clinical colleagues to support all pharmaceutical needs at ward level.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, with experience in a specialist area such as oncology and haematology. As an Oncology Pharmaceutical Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the pharmacy service, ensuring safe and effective medicines management for our patients. This role requires a postgraduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience, as well as membership of the GPhC and Independent Prescriber status.
