About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and flexible supply teachers to join our team in Canterbury. You will deliver high-quality lessons across multiple year groups and key stages while adapting to different school environments and classroom settings. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging and effective lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and building rapport with students and staff quickly.

To succeed as a Classroom Intervention Specialist, you will need to possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (assistance available for the right candidates)
  • Experience teaching across multiple year groups and key stages
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
