A highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist is required to work at a Specialist Education Needs (SEN) School in Canterbury, starting immediately on a full-time basis. This temporary to permanent role comes with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying Early Needs: Collaborate with teachers to identify speech, language, and communication needs in children at an early stage.
  • Tailored Support: Develop strategies to address individual children's unique speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Collaborative Teaching Practices: Work closely with class teachers to align interventions with classroom teaching.
  • Family Engagement: Collaborate with families, offering advice and strategies to support children's progress at home.
  • Caseload Management: Work with school SENCOs to prioritise and manage your caseload effectively.

  • A competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, paid weekly.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is based on the KR9 pay scale, providing a competitive remuneration package.
