Early Intervention Specialist

A highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist is required to work at a Specialist Education Needs (SEN) School in Canterbury, starting immediately on a full-time basis. This temporary to permanent role comes with a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying Early Needs: Collaborate with teachers to identify speech, language, and communication needs in children at an early stage.
- Tailored Support: Develop strategies to address individual children's unique speech, language, and communication needs.
- Collaborative Teaching Practices: Work closely with class teachers to align interventions with classroom teaching.
- Family Engagement: Collaborate with families, offering advice and strategies to support children's progress at home.
- Caseload Management: Work with school SENCOs to prioritise and manage your caseload effectively.
- A competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, paid weekly.
