Job Title: Building Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Manager to join our team at Crooton. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care home facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to deliver high-quality building services.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of building services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Hands-on experience in building services and property maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving license.

Salary and Benefits:
