Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Services Manager to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of clinical pharmaceutical services in Acute and Emergency Care and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff.

About the Role

This role requires a strong clinical background and experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of clinical pharmaceutical services and ensuring that they meet the needs of patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical pharmaceutical services in Acute and Emergency Care.
  • Manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Team Lead and Emergency Care Pharmacist to further develop the ED Pharmacist role.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
  • Registered Pharmacist on GPhC register.
  • Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong clinical background and knowledge of pharmaceutical services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to NHS discount schemes.
