Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services, managing a defined caseload and providing expert assessment and treatment for individuals with complex mental health difficulties.
With a focus on recovery coordination, you will design and coordinate personalized treatment packages that are evaluated for effectiveness.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and motivated service, helping to build upon the successful work of the South Hams Core Adult Mental Health Team.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a defined caseload of clients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide expert assessment and treatment services.
- Design and coordinate personalized treatment packages.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A professional mental health qualification (e.g. RMN, Social Work Degree).
- Postgraduate qualification relevant to specialism.
- Training in Safeguarding Children and Young People: Roles and Competencies for Healthcare Staff.
- Evidence of leadership/management training within a core service.
