Job Overview

A senior leadership role is available for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Home Manager. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the care, facilities, and administration teams at our private specialist care facility in Totnes, Devon.

The home provides luxurious, modern facilities and delivers high-quality care to up to 18 residents. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and have a proven track record of achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the care, facilities, and administration teams.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant regulations.
  • Operate the service at the highest standards possible within budget parameters.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the home's services.
  • Manage services in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, and best practices.
Requirements

We require an experienced Registered Home Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will need to hold a valid RMA or be willing to work towards it.

A Good/Outstanding CQC rating in your last inspection is essential. Additionally, you should hold a NVQ Lv4 in a directly relevant qualification or a Lv5 Health & Social Care Diploma.

Salary and Benefits

This is a competitive role offering a salary range of £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum, plus package and bonus.
