About the Role

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of mental health support in Devon. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative care pathway for children and young people with neurodiversity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting specialized assessments, providing guidance and advice to colleagues, families, and partner agencies, as well as participating in team meetings and engaging in development opportunities. You will also maintain accurate and confidential records of your interactions and adhere to safeguarding protocols.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health Practitioners, all working together to provide high-quality intervention and support to young people. You will be supported by regular supervision and ongoing training to ensure your continued professional development.
