Community Growth Manager

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Community Growth Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our communities across the UK. As an experienced town planner, you will lead on key projects, develop strategies for community-focused development, and drive positive change in urban environments.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Town & Country Planning, RTPI membership or be working towards it, and a deep understanding of planning in the UK. You will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and a passion for making a difference. The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, which reflects the importance of this position and the high level of expertise required.
