Job Title: Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems

Join BMS Performance, a leading British manufacturer of high-quality HVAC systems, as an Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a qualified mechanical engineer looking to transition into technical field sales.

About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales within our established customer base of Commercial Mechanical & Electrical Contractors across the western half of Scotland. Your focus will be on selling a range of high-quality HVAC systems, with a focus on heat recovery and air handling units.

This region already generates a good level of revenue, but has the potential to do much more, offering significant commission opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified mechanical engineer
  • Outgoing, able to network and build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Structured, organised, used to using CRM systems
  • A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Driving licence
Benefits:
  • £50,000 to £59,000 basic salary DoE
  • OTE £14,000 commission & bonus year 1, uncapped, (top earners £100k+)
  • High spec PHEV or electric company car
  • Excellent pension scheme, up to 8% employer contribution
  • 25 days' holiday, (plus Bank Holidays)
