About Auxo Commercial:

Auxo Commercial, a leading Global Cyber Security company, seeks an experienced International Payroll Specialist to join our finance team at our East London offices to support global payroll processing in 15+ countries.

Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity involves working 3 days a week in our East London office and 2 days remotely. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering structure, automation, and strength to our international payroll function.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all day-to-day Payroll processing for monthly global payroll, conducting payroll audits to ensure adherence to application policies and regulations.
  • Support payroll audits for execution of statutory and US GAAP financial statements.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute an International Payroll Team checklist (including New Hires, Terms and Promotions).
  • Create scalable infrastructure and consistency for international payroll processes and reporting through automation.
Requirements:
  • Sound working knowledge of managing complex, global payrolls.
  • Ability to collaborate & communicate effectively with internal partners on issues and provide recommendations.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Excel spreadsheets, downloading, importing, and exporting files and Google Suite. Experience with Workday and NetSuite a plus.
Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is up to £65,000 (approximately £250 per day PAYE), dependent on level of experience.
