Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end running of the UK in-house payroll, including expatriate payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the management of international outsourced payrolls, collaborating with internal teams to achieve seamless integration.
  • Play a crucial role in payroll month and year-end reporting activities, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Administer company benefits and pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support various internal and external audits, demonstrating expertise in payroll procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams, including benefits, global mobility, and wider HR, fostering a culture of cooperation.
Requirements
  • Essential experience in UK in-house payroll, preferably within a financial services environment.
  • International payroll experience highly advantageous, particularly in US payroll.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using ADP iHCM and Workday systems.
  • Understanding of financial services industry regulations and trends.
  • Proactive attitude, willing to search for answers before seeking assistance.
About the Role
