Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join Portfolio Payroll on a permanent basis. This role is integral to the company and will report directly into senior management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll for 2,000 UK employees from start to finish.
  2. Reconcile HMRC payments to ensure accurate financial records.
  3. Prepare P11d's and PSAs as required by law.
  4. Administer expat and inpats payments with precision.
  5. Manage company benefits through the payroll system and resolve associated queries efficiently.
  6. Lead and manage the payroll team to achieve optimal results.
  7. Develop and motivate the payroll function to drive success.
  8. Support ongoing payroll-related projects to enhance operations.
Requirements:
  • Desirable: Workday payroll experience to streamline processes.
Benefits Package:

A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a hybrid working pattern.

Salary Range:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
