Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of UK and international payrolls.
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Manage relationships with external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in payroll management, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • UK in-house payroll experience is essential.
  • French payroll experience is required.
  • Experience with US and other international payrolls is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP iHCM and Workday systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £65,000 plus bonus, depending on experience. They will also have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
