We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing internal teams and delivering efficient payroll and pension services, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Payroll Manager in delivering efficient payroll and pension services.
  2. Process payrolls from beginning to end, ensuring all payroll transactions are approved.
  3. Process Leavers, Calculate Holiday payments, PILON, and other associated termination payments.
  4. Calculate absence including sickness, leave, and statutory payments.
  5. Process other payments/deductions, including Auto-enrolment, Court orders, and Contractual payments.
  6. Input changes to employee personal details and statutory changes.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive files are protected.
  8. Make ad-hoc payroll payments and support the team in responding to questions.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Payroll legislation and internal policies.
  10. Ensure all payroll deadlines are met and quality levels are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience with IRIS Star software and Clients/Bureau experience.
  • CIPP certification is desirable.
