Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director Lead to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing sales support within a manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide sales support.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process customer quotations and sales orders accurately.
- Coordinate follow-up of enquiries and quotes.
- Process customer sample requests and deliveries.
- Schedule orders and review customer forecast data.
- Monitor and report sales trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales coordination/account management (B2B environment).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT proficiency.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000+ plus bonus (paid quarterly) and a hybrid working arrangement.
