Resident Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Services Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our premium residential site in North Acton.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 4, managing rotas, delegating tasks, and driving performance to achieve exceptional resident satisfaction and retention.
- Handle enquiries, viewings, and leasing offers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience for residents.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of living.
- Plan and host exciting resident events to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with residents.
- Keep communication fresh through various channels, including social media, to ensure residents feel informed and engaged.
- Coordinate maintenance, safety checks, and inspections to ensure top-notch living standards and address any resident concerns promptly.
- Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in driving rental growth and providing strategic insights on pricing and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Manage the building's expenditure budget and explore new revenue streams to enhance the resident experience and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in Property Management and Lettings, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional resident experiences.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- A natural problem-solver with a customer-first attitude, able to think on their feet and resolve resident concerns promptly.
- A positive, warm, and approachable personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of social media and the ability to leverage technology to enhance the resident experience.
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000, plus up to 10% discretionary bonus.
- A Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, site-based role, with a focus on work-life balance and flexibility.
