  • Keep communication fresh through various channels, including social media, to ensure residents stay informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate maintenance, safety checks, and inspections to ensure top-notch living standards and address any resident concerns promptly.
  • Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in driving rental growth and providing strategic insights on pricing and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the building's expenditure budget and explore new revenue streams to enhance the resident experience and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Property Management and Lettings, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • A natural problem-solver with a customer-first attitude, able to think on their feet and resolve resident concerns promptly.
  • A positive, warm, and approachable personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of social media and the ability to leverage technology to enhance the resident experience.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000, plus up to 10% discretionary bonus.
  • A Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, site-based role, with a focus on work-life balance and flexibility.
