Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales function, working closely with the Sales Support Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal costing spreadsheets and produce quotations, order entry, image requests, and letters to customers.
- Collate weekly reports from Sales Account Managers and update them with requested information.
- Complete product specification customer forms, which require product detail and text for online trading.
- Chase shipment dates and forward details to customers.
- Participate in meetings with customers and National Account Managers as required.
- Assist with trade shows and other sales-related events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales environment.
- Experience in the import and distribution sector.
- Experience of supporting account managers or field sales reps.
- Experience of preparing quotations and product data sheets.
- Experience of processing orders.
- Experience of chasing deliveries and providing delivery status updates.
- Able to work to set deadlines and work on their own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
