About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare internal costing spreadsheets and produce quotations, order entries, image requests, and letters to customers.
  • Collate weekly reports from Sales Account Managers and update them with requested information.
  • Complete product specification customer forms, which require product detail and text for online trading.
  • Chase shipment dates and forward details to customers.
  • Participate in meetings with customers and National Account Managers as required.
  • Assist with trade shows and other sales-related events.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and ideally macros.
  • Fluency in French is advantageous but not essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience in the import and distribution sector.
  • Experience of supporting account managers or field sales reps.
  • Experience of preparing quotations and product data sheets.
  • Experience of processing orders.
  • Experience of chasing deliveries and providing delivery status updates.
  • Able to work to set deadlines and work on their own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
