Sales Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Assistant to join our team at Directions Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing internal costing spreadsheets and producing quotations
  • Order entry, image requests, and general letters to customers
  • Collating weekly reports from Sales Account Managers and updating them with relevant information
  • Completing product specification customer forms and chasing for ship dates
  • Participating in meetings with customers and National Account Managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' office experience
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
