Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Directions Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare internal costing spreadsheets and quotations
  • Manage order entry, image requests, and general correspondence with customers
  • Collate weekly reports from Sales Account Managers and update them with relevant information
  • Assist with product specification customer forms and chase for ship dates and forwarding details
  • Participate in meetings with customers and National Account Managers as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivots
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • French language skills are a bonus but not essential
