Job Summary:
Uxbridge Employment Agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join their team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating potential candidates for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment team in managing candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage compliance documentation, including right to work checks and health and safety records.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly timesheets for workers on key projects.
- Maintain direct communication with contractors, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using recruitment software a plus.
