Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce engaging social media content, including Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok videos.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage and respond to customer comments and messages on social media, ensuring a timely and on-brand response.
  • Develop and implement a weekly social media content plan, aligning with the brand's values and tone of voice.
  • Oversee the scheduling and posting of content across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Write compelling social media caption copy, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Track and analyze social media analytics, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, gifting, and budget tracking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's tone of voice, expanding copywriting skills to include email and website content.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Graphic Design Lead to create engaging content and increase posting frequency and engagement on social media.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering and administering the seasonal marketing strategy, including influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, events, and customer activations.
Requirements:
  • Confidence, drive, and energy in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media and content creation.
  • Strong social media skills and experience.
  • Able to think creatively and develop new marketing initiatives and ideas.
